TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully these are applicable to all users and all purchases made from the websites DeliciousDiamonds.co.uk, DeliciousWatches.co.uk and DeliciousGiftware.co.uk. These terms are subject to change at any time and it is advisable you check them before making any new purchase. We have tried to lay them out as simply as possible, you may find it useful to print a copy for your reference.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Delicious Corporations Ltd. is a Limited Company, registration number 05829155, and is incorporated in England and Wales.
- This web site, its contents, terms, conditions and contracts will be governed and dealt with in accordance with English law. Anyone who accesses the site outside England is responsible for conformity to any local taxes that may apply and local laws.
- Prices displayed on the site are in UK Pounds Sterling. There are no hidden charges or additional taxes and all prices include free delivery within the UK mainland and Europe. Goods will be delivered through Royal Mail by special delivery.

- Goods delivered must be signed for by a person aged 18 or over. Responsibility passes to you, the customer, once the goods are delivered and signed for. It is the customer's responsibility to take care of the goods in case of any need for return. If the packet seems damaged or tampered with in anyway, both Delicious Corporation Ltd. and Royal Mail must be informed immediately and the package should be signed for damaged.
- If Royal mail are unable to deliver to the customers address a 'while you were out' card saying you need to pick up your item from your local delivery office or arrange a redelivery will be left the goods will be stored safely for a maximum of 3 weeks after this point the item will be returned to Delicious Corporation Ltd.
Goods being held by Delicious Corporation Ltd. awaiting re-delivery will be stored for 28 days. After which, the customer will be refunded.

- All information and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge. All weights, sizes and measurements are approximate and are for guidance only as are images which may not reflect the actual size or true colour of the items. Images are not to scale. As each piece is individually made and thus unique, the weight of the delivered product may be slightly higher or lower than has been displayed.
- A binding contract is formed upon receipt of an email from ourselves confirming your order has been accepted payment taken and advising you of dispatch of goods. An invoice will be emailed upon dispatched of your order and payment received. As of 09/02/2010 all cards are debited only when the goods are shipped and not when placing your order.
- We aim to process all orders as fast as possible. As some items may not be in stock, we try to dispatch goods within the estimated timescale (Subject To Availability) once payment has been processed.
Special or custom order items may take longer and customers will be advised of delivery periods upon placing your order.
Goods are subject to availability, occasionally a product may be temporarily out of stock, if this is the case we will email or telephone you advising you of any delay or a possible alternative product. The customer will have the option to cancel the order if this delay is not satisfactory.
All deliveries are subject to payment authorization.
We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.

- Cancellation of Order
Under The Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you, the customer have a 'cooling off period' and are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 working days after delivery, the first day being the day after the date of receipt of goods by yourselves.
You must notify us in written form as well any notification by phone, if you wish to cancel your order, Refunds will be credited in full to the original credit/debit card that was used to purchase the item and take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.
- Returns & Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with any goods, they can be returned subject to our approval, providing you notify us within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to exchange any defective items or give a full refund of the cost of the goods excluding distribution costs incurred by us in supplying your order. Please contact our customer services department for full instructions on how to return the goods.
Goods that are to be returned should reach us within 14 days of contacting customer services. Any returns or exchanges falling outside of these dates will be refused.
Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of returned items. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, we recommend appropriate packaging used and insurance taken, as it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the goods are returned to us in the condition they were sent.
If the incorrect goods are sent to you due to an error on our part, or the goods carry a manufacturing fault at time of delivery then we will offer you a full refund including the cost of the return postage.
We will not accept returned items that have been worn, misused or appeared to have been damaged due to customer negligence, or where the security tag has been removed.
Earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless goods have a manufacturing fault at time of delivery. Special order items, custom made pieces, made at the customers request are not returnable or exchangeable unless goods carry a manufacturing fault at point of delivery. You will be clearly notified in advance of the transaction by Delicious Corporation Ltd. if the product is not returnable due to it being specifically procured for the customer.

- Goods should be inspected upon delivery.
- You must be 18 years of age to purchase from our site.
- Delicious Corporation Ltd reserve the right to refuse supply of goods at their own discretion.
- Delicious Corporation Ltd reserve the right to change prices without notice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the many products in our catalogue may occasionally be mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is different to the one shown we will contact you first notifying you of the error. You will then be given the chance to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel your order.
- Jewellery Warranty
All Jewellery carries a 1Yr Delicious Diamonds warranty, this covers goods to be free from defects that may occur due to a manufacturing fault. It does not cover goods that have become damaged due to wear and tear, negligence or misuse by the customer.
- Watches Warranty
All our watches are totally genuine and come in original manufacturer's boxes and packaging with serial numbers intact and are covered either with the Delicious Watches 3Yr warranty or the full Manufacturers warranty dependant on the brand.
- Giftware Warranty
All Giftware comes with the manufacturer's 1Yr Warranty, this covers goods to be free from defects that may occur due to a manufacturing fault. It does not cover goods that have become damaged due to wear and tear, negligence or misuse by the customer.
- Complaints
If you should feel the need to make a complaint for whatever reason, we would appreciate if you could email or phone us.
Your complaint will be taken seriously. We will investigate and do our utmost to rectify any problem, while keeping you informed of the outcome.
